Bilan Organization is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering children, youth, and families through education, literacy, workforce development, and meaningful family and community engagement. We believe that every individual deserves equitable access to the resources, opportunities, and support needed to succeed in school, the workplace, and life. Our programs are designed to strengthen academic achievement, promote lifelong learning, prepare individuals for college and careers, and build stronger families and communities. Through literacy initiatives, family engagement programs, workforce development, youth leadership opportunities, and strategic partnerships, we help create pathways to educational success and economic mobility.
